At Eloria Needs, we do not offer refunds because we never compromise on quality and we do not deceive our customers. We are committed to delivering exactly what we show and promise.
However, we do offer an Exchange Policy under the following terms and conditions:
Exchange Policy
Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on our official WhatsApp number and clearly state the reason for the exchange.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must not be damaged, stained, perfumed, or altered in any way.
If the product comes with special packaging (such as branded watch boxes, perfume boxes, bedsheet packaging, tags, labels, or seals), it must be returned in its original condition without any damage.
Items sent back without prior confirmation on WhatsApp will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the wrong item was sent by our team.
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit may be offered.
Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for exchange (unless damaged or incorrect item received).
Eloria Needs reserves the right to refuse exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
